Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Should you find that you have made a mistake, and would like to remove something from your order. Go to you basket when the page opens click the remove check box on the right of the item to be removed, then hit the update button. Your selection will then be removed from your shopping basket.
Shipping And Handling
PLEASE NOTE: There is no allowance for shipping in the above Total. As there are so many different way to ship, we will look for the Best way for each individual item and let you know by email accordingly
Delivery Schedule
We try to deliver your order right away. Of course, if we have to make it, then it could take a little time but we will always try to keep you updated.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other countries orders are VAT free and you will only be liable for your home contries import taxes and the VAT will be reduced to zero .
Should you have a valid EU Tax number and are a trade/dealer, then as long as you furnish us with the relevant documentation Goods will be supplied with no Uk taxes.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
