By rolling the top of the thread on both stud and nut, and therefore relieving any stress area's associated with differing expansion rates of materials, whilst at the same time lubricating the threads with every tightening / un-tightening action. We believe we have solved all the problems, to the extent that we will replace/refund if not entirely satisfied
